SwirlMaster FSS430 is a unique flow meter for a wide range of volume flow applications when installation space is narrow.  It uses a two-wire transmitter with leading-edge DSP technology with excellent vibration compensation.  Intuitive operation directly through the glass makes the FSS430 incredibly user-friendly.  Flexibility in installation, due to low required inlet and outlet sections, can save up to 75% straight pipe run and enable installations in almost impossible situations.  FSS430 is ideal for installation into the existing environment.

SwirlMaster flowmeters can be utilized for highly accurate measurement of the flow of gases, liquids, and steam over a wide range of temperatures in almost any application. Swirl meters are ideal for use on all kinds of gases, low viscose liquids, and demineralized water, and they are ideal for direct, cost-effective steam mass flow measurement.

SwirlMaster FSS430 is available with multiple communication protocols, such as:

  1. Smart HMI with backlight and Bluetooth functionality for easy meter setup (Ethernet-APL device only)
  2. Integrated RTD for temperature compensation and saturated steam mass flow calculation
  3. Digital outputs for pulses, frequency, and alarm signalization
  4. Remote transmitter with up to 30m (98 ft.) cable length
