Dust monitor with light scattering technology ZFDM-4 FUJI ELECTRIC
Measurement of dust concentration at emission
This device retains its ease of installation, with its one-piece sensor suitable for a wide range of applications (coal, fuel oil, biomass, other solid fuels).
Self-monitoring for clogging and automatic continuous correction correct any measurement drifts.
The device is suitable for small to medium duct diameters, for very low to medium dust concentrations and for light to dark-coloured particles. Electronic chopping of the LED beam ensures insensitivity to ambient light.
Features
- • Simple installation and low maintenance
• Automatic fouling control and correction
• Permanent full self-diagnosis functions
• Significantly longer maintenance intervals
• Permanent measurement and compensation of fiber contamination
Fields of application
Continuous monitoring of particulate emissions, coal-fired boilers, biomass and other solid fuels, oil-fired boilers, diesel engines.
